1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Converter Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Converter Platform provides data format conversion between CSV, JSON, XML, YAML, and other formats via a web interface and REST API. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your API keys publicly. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service beyond normal API usage

5. Usage Limits

Free accounts are limited to 500 conversions per month. Exceeding your plan limits will result in temporary throttling until the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit for conversion. We do not claim any rights to your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Converter Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or conversion errors.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
